Senior QA Engineer

Experience

• 10 years of expertise in software testing & quality assurance;
• 7 years of expertise of QA team leadership & management;
• Partial discharge of responsibilities as Product/Project Manager and Team Lead of the product team (more than 20 employees);
• 5+ years of experience in testing of iOS and Android applications;
• Performing of manual testing in different browsers on mobile and web platforms (testing web versions, versions adapted for mobile devices, iOS and Android applications, API testing);
• Cross-browser and cross-platform testing of advertising campaigns and banner zones;
• Release planning, organization and monitoring of release processes, preparing test environments for releases;
• Interaction with the technical support department (investigating problems and issues transmitted by the support team on different platforms, devices, browsers; team members’ mentoring);
• Communication with Product Owner/Manager, Business Analyst, UI/UX Designer and Developers (analyzing tasks, documentation, design; Business logic improving; Analyze and actualization of functional/technical requirements);
• Moderating scrum meetings (planning, stand-ups, retrospective, etc.);
• Interviewing QA team candidates, mentoring other QA engineers, sharing knowledge within team.
