Overview: 
9 years’ experience in business/system analysis, product management and project management, went from being a junior business analyst in Ukrainian commercial bank then senior business analyst in one of the biggest investment bank in EU till senior business analyst/product owner in FinTech product company. Faced with different forms of Ukrainian IT industry: Ukrainian business, international outsourcing, product company

Responsibilities: 
1. requirements development for: 
a) back-end (main experience)
b) integration between back-end and front-end (web and mob applications) 
c) non-functional restrictions 
1. within of integration with 3rd party systems: 
a) collaboration with 3rd party teams from contract sign-on till the product is launched on production 
b) on-boarding documentation preparation 
b) requirements development to integrate with 3rd party systems
1. collaboration with management/financial team/product owners to deliver business requirements
2. development and defending proposals on architectural committee
3. providing elaboration/grooming/planning sessions with development team to clarify and divide requirements on short-term and achievable tasks 
4. collaboration with risk/compliance teams to deliver security requirements
5. collaboration with product owners to deliver requirements for designers
6. guidelines development for operation departments (support, risks, compliance teams) 
7. documentation preparation for licensing (FinTech)

1. PCI DSS certificate obtaining (act as Project Manager, preparing all documentation)
