With 18 years of hands-on management experience, I have successfully delivered over 200 projects.
For the past three years, I have served as a Security Operations Center Manager. Currently, I am overseeing a team of 23 professionals, which provides round-the-clock service to 37 global clients. My responsibilities encompass operational activity, tasks planning and execution, quality control, adherence to timelines, team budgeting, talent development, personnel management, client onboarding, account management, and company product support.

Additionally, I have served as an Internship Manager, and conducted three 9-month internship programs for over 200 students, resulting in the successful employment of more than 40 talents within our organization.
