Experience

Product Manager with 2 years of experience, overall have been working in IT for more than 4 years.

My experience and responsibilities in the previous positions:

- collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize feature development;
- planning and validating the road map;
- creating a complex product documentation;
- creating tasks, user stories for engineering teams;
- creating, managing and prioritising product backlog;
- leading cross-functional teams in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps;
- monitoring and evaluating product performance, gathering feedback, identifying areas for enhancement;
- leading and participating in huge amounts of calls with teams, top level management, customers, stakeholders;
- analysing market requirements;
- working with API documentation;
- working on a different products at the same time;
- have experience working on a call center software, maritime ERP software, agriculture investment tool and some other projects connected with blockchain, online shops and dating;
- have experience communicating with clients from all over the world, mostly from North America and Europe;
- fluent (advanced) English level.

Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Proto.io, Photoshop, Pipedrive, Activecampaign, Zoho, Freshdesk, Slack etc.

I've always been passionate about planning things and executing them, and this has led me to work in product management. I am hard-working and ambitious person who cannot imagine a day without crossing off all the tasks in the list.
I am a teacher by education, have experience working on different positions (english tutor, support rep, sales rep, sales manager) and I strongly believe that my diverse experience helps me in my work as a product manager to see things from different angles, to be able to explain complex things in simple words, to understand people and to effectively convey information.
I always seek to improve in all aspects of my life, both professionally and personally. I learn new systems and technologies with the speed of light. Always passionate about my work, result-oriented and ready for challenges :)
