Experience

Over 2,5 years of experience in business analysis in the IT industry:
- close participation in developing a product from idea to the working product;
- working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) as Business Analyst / Product Owner / Scrum master;
- requirements elicitation from stakeholders, product managers, product owners, team leads as of the necessity of new product functionality development / existing product functionality improvements
- managing the overall product requirements (Jira, Confluence), writing requirements specifications, documentation, descriptions, user stories, use cases. Business processes (UML, BPMN), user workflow modeling, UI/UX wireframes/prototypes creation (Draw.io, Moqups, Figma);
- communication with stakeholders, product managers, developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, designers, on all aspects of the expectations and requirements management at all stages of the development process;
- managing product backlog (organization, prioritization, refinement);
- conducting product acceptance testing and verifying that the required functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirements;
- compiling product documentation;
- managing subordinate business analysts, mentoring.
