For the past 5 years, I've mainly worked with B2B clients, although I was also partly involved in B2C matters.
At my current workplace, I worked in various departments, occupying various roles and working my way up from junior to manager position.
My responsibilities can be divided into two directions: delivery and upsale.
Under my control the process of monitoring and evaluating the performance of employees was set up and launched.

Since your managers provide us with comprehensive support, everything remains transparent and understandable for us, that helps to move further.

Looking for

I'd prefer to avoid companies that have "forever-startup" syndrome, where the goals and plans are changing every month etc.
Let me be honest, if I have to choose between easy, calm but boring work, I will choose the one with extraordinary taks, where I have to gather all the teammates together in one room in order to help our client find the solution.
I am not a team player, I prefer to do a lot of work on my own, but the rule I strictly adhere to is: "yours is mine, mine is yours". We are all in the same boat and everyone depends on the result of another person's work.
I also hope that you treat people depending on their results, not words.
