I am a Ruby/Rails developer with 10 years of experience.
I have about 10 different projects under my belt.

I worked on Senior, Tech lead, team lead positions, in both startups and big (over 700 developers) companies.

My primary focus is back end and and architecture, but also communication with customer, writing technical assignments.

Worked with Rails stack and other frameworks. Have experience with Monolithic, SOA and Microservices architecture.

Migrated massive public api with 2.5 thousands of endpoints to a new stable version in 6 month using automation, where manual migration would take > 2 years.
Conducted over 50 tech interviews with senior/lead level candidates.
As a tech lead I have built e-commerce application and increased number of users from 30 thousend to ~200 thousands in 6 month.

Looking for

I expect to work on interesting web based solution, with focus on back end part, databases, performance, architecture.
I really like to write the code, and can be efficient.
I am looking for part-time position for 5 - 15 hours per week.

I know frontend, can do back-end to front -end integration easily, but I am not very into JS, and not as performant with it as with back-end. Definitely bad at CSS and design.
