Experience

For over three years, I've worked as an HR and Recruiter at an IT/Marketing company, which is why I have a strong affinity for the IT industry.
In my previous role, I handled various responsibilities, including:
- Interacting with potential candidates through social media and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
- Maintaining candidate databases.
- Conducting interviews.
- Holding one-on-one meetings and assisting with onboarding (+ exit interviews).
- Managing our team, communicating with team leaders, and resolving issues.

I have experience in recruiting for various positions such as a DevOps, Front-end and Back-end developers, QA, PM, Designers, SMM, Video editors, Farmers, Media Buyers, and more.

Furthermore, I've worked as an English Tutor at both online and offline schools, which greatly enhanced my communication skills.
