I am an experienced HR professional with over 8 years of experience. I am always eager to learn and improve, and I consider myself a team player with excellent communication skills.

In my previous roles, I have designed and administered HR processes, collaborated with leadership to create a company vision, developed policies and procedures, coordinated employee training and development initiatives, managed internal communication projects, tracked key HR metrics, built HR departments from 1 to 10 team members, supervised recruiting and administrative teams, and fostered relationships between employees and organizations to help with career growth and achieve company goals.

I am currently seeking employment with a remote-friendly and result-oriented IT company that values employees and doesn’t micromanage. Alternatively, I am open to other part-time employment and project work opportunities.
