Business Analyst

Experience

I have no work experience, but I took a business analysis course at Netcracker in 2021. The training lasted 3 months. During the training, I learned how to form functional / non-functional / high-level requirements for the system, make assumptions, use cases, make diagrams for use cases, formulate out of scope, make MoM, traceability and RACI matrixes, learned how to communicate with stakeholders (how to ask the right questions and how to convey complex information in simple words), learned to work with Jira, Confluence and prototyping using Figma. I have understanding of SDLC, basic knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP)), ability to prioritize tasks. Having programming experience in Python, R, C++. Can communicate in English both written and verbal. A team player who can work collaboratively or take the initiative independently. Having adaptability and a willingness to learn from colleagues with diverse backgrounds and expertise in business analysis.
