    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize user retention strategies for our subscription-based product. You will take the lead on designing effective push notification and email marketing flows that keep our users engaged, satisfied, and motivated to stay subscribed. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly collaborative, and knows how to personalize messaging to different user segments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Support—to create a robust, data-informed retention framework that enhances our user experience and boosts lifetime value (LTV).
     

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop Retention Strategies
      • Design comprehensive lifecycle marketing plans for push notifications and email campaigns, focused on reducing churn and increasing user engagement.
    2. Create & Refine Flows
      • Build detailed user flows for automated campaigns (e.g., onboarding, reactivation, upsells) tailored to different subscription stages and user segments.
    3. Data Analysis & Reporting
      • Track, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, LTV, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
    4. Cross-Team Collaboration
      • Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistent messaging, gather customer insights, and align on strategic objectives.
    5. A/B Testing & Experimentation
      • Continuously test variations in messaging, timing, and segmentation across push and email channels to enhance campaign performance.
    6. User Segmentation & Personalization
      • Identify and develop user segments based on in-app behavior, purchase history, and other relevant data, delivering tailored messaging to each group.
    7. Retention Tools & Platforms
      • Oversee the selection, integration, and maintenance of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign results.
    8. Compliance & Best Practices
      • Ensure all push and email marketing activities adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and industry best practices to maintain a positive brand reputation.
         

    Qualifications

    • Education
      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Experience
      At least 2 years in retention marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing—preferably within a subscription-based or mobile app context.
    • Technical Proficiency
      Hands-on experience with:
      • Email service providers (ESPs)
      • Push notification platforms
      • Marketing automation tools
      • Data analytics and reporting platforms
    • Analytical Skills
      Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decisions. Familiarity with A/B testing and funnel analysis is a plus.
    • Communication
      Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling messages and collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Attention to Detail
      Keen eye for quality and consistency in targeting, messaging, and campaign execution.

    About the Role:

    Lead the charge in expanding our innovative mobile app. Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution. Contribute to a successful product and spearhead new features and products within the Wizdom ecosystem.
     

    Responsibilities:

    * Define and champion product vision and strategy, with a focus on business strategy and P&L.
    * Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, launching new products from scratch.
    * Conduct user research and analyze user data to find and increase key metrics like retention, LTV, and DAU.
    * Lead the ideation, design, and development of new features, with a strong focus on iOS applications.
    * Design and execute A/B tests to optimize key user journeys, including onboarding and payment screens.
    * Contribute to and optimize Wizdom's monetization strategy, including subscriptions, one-time payments, and in-app advertising, with a focus on improving trial-to-paid conversion, engagement rate, and average check.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including working with the marketing team to establish ROI and control marketing tactics.
    * Oversee the launch of new features and gather user feedback.
    * Analyze the competitive landscape.
     

    Qualifications:

    * 3+ years of experience in product management for mobile apps (mainly iOS).
    * Proven success in developing and launching mobile applications from scratch to revenue generation.
    * Experience working with already profitable products.
    * Strong understanding of subscription app models and optimization.
    * Startup mentality and data-driven decision-making.
    * User-centric approach and a growth mindset.
    * Excellent communication skills.
    * Familiarity with Generative AI in education.

    About the Role:

    We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and intuitive interfaces for our mobile app, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
     

    Responsibilities:

    User Interface (UI) Design:
    * Design visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent UI components for the mobile app.
    * Develop high-fidelity mockups, UI kits, and design systems that align with Wizdom’s brand identity.
    * Ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs across different devices and screen sizes.
    Prototyping & Interaction Design:
    * Create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and flows effectively.
    * Design engaging micro-interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance the user experience.
    Collaboration & Design Handoff:
    * Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
    * Provide detailed design specifications, guidelines, and assets for development teams.
    * Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
    Branding & Visual Consistency:
    * Maintain and evolve Wizdom’s design system and UI guidelines.
    * Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, iconography, and other visual elements.
    * Design marketing and promotional materials as needed to align with app aesthetics.


     

    Qualifications:

    * 2+ years of proven experience as a UI Designer, preferably in mobile app design.
    * Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-friendly UI work.
    * Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other UI design and prototyping tools.
    * Knowledge of mobile UI patterns, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
    * Experience with interactive prototyping and micro-interactions.
    * Familiarity with design systems and UI component libraries.
    * Basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.
    * Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    * Passion for creating visually engaging and user-friendly mobile experiences.
