What You Will Do:
β’ Develop game mechanics, progression systems, monetization, and game balance.
β’ Design levels, working on their logic, pacing, and difficulty while conducting testing.
β’ Conduct market research and analyze trends to create games that players love.
β’ Document game mechanics, levels, UI/UX, and other elements in game design documentation (GDD).
β’ Work with analytics to understand which levels are too difficult, too easy, or where players drop off.
β’ Collaborate with artists, developers, and producers to create a high-quality product.
β’ Develop meta-game mechanics and player retention systems.
β’ Write technical specifications for the team, clearly defining requirements.
β’ Manage playtesting processes and make adjustments based on feedback.
What We Expect from You:
β’ 3+ years of experience as a game designer / level designer in casual games.
β’ Strong understanding of core loops, game balancing, mechanics, and player motivation.
β’ Skills in market analysis: understanding trends, mechanics, and successful cases.
β’ Experience in writing game design documentation and technical requirements.
β’ Familiarity with level design tools (Unity, Unreal, Cocos, or proprietary engines).
β’ Basic knowledge of UX/UI for designing intuitive game interfaces.
β’ Experience with analytics and A/B testing.
β’ Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other specialists.
