Duties
- Sales strategy development; identify new business opportunities based on market insights from the outsourced marketing team and define ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Define high-level marketing goals to align with sales objectives
- Work with outsourced marketing team to ensure alignment with the sales strategy
- LinkedIn: oversee and optimize LinkedIn outreach (currently outsourced); take over the process later
- Upwork: manage and optimize the automatic bidding process; manual bidding when necessary
- Implement a CRM system to track and manage sales activities, monitor sales pipeline forecasting, statistics, and progress
- Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients
- Lead qualification and segmentation
- Follow-up on leads
- Collaboration with the development and delivery team during the pre-sales stage, discovery phase, and onwards to meet client’s expectations
- Closing deals, including negotiating contract agreements
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; generate opportunities for upsell
- Track and report on key sales metrics; recommend strategies for improvement
Required Hard Skills
- 3+ years of proven successful experience in managing and conducting the entire cycle of the sales process in IT outsourcing
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing funnels
- Experience in managing and conducting LinkedIn outreach
- Experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation tools
- Proficiency in managing bidding processes on Upwork, including both automatic and manual bidding strategies
- Experience with CRM systems to manage and analyze sales activities
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Ability to set and track KPIs for lead generation & sales performance
- Good understanding of outsourcing models and the IT industry
- Experience in upsell
- Excellent spoken and written English (B2-С1)
