Outbound IT Sales Manager (offline)

— Is a real hard-worker and IT Sales professional with over 3 years of experience in outsourcing;
— Has a proven success of closing deals from 50K$+ and start-up/mid and large size B2B Clients;
— Proven track record of establishing highly effective business and interpersonal relationships and generating complex IT service offers;
— Has extensive experience in outbound leads (mostly), knows how to generate them through LinkedIn channel and how to research a highly competitive market with high demand for low cost;
— Knows the full cycle of the lead generation and closing process, sourcing channels and automation tools of the sales process;
— Has excellent communication skills and solid knowledge of United States B2B market;
— Smart “A” player focused on winning and always being the best;
— Seasoned professional in long sales cycle with focus on relationships with Clients;
— Is a quick learner and applies new knowledge in work, easily adapts to changes and tries out new approaches;
— Never stops looking for new technology that can improve the quality of work and its speed;
— Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.

Would be a plus:
— Need to be creative to stand out from your competitors;
— Love and be interested in software technology;
— Experience in CRM software, such as Hubspot or Salesforce.

— Resolving sales or delivery issues.
