Senior/Lead Full-Stack JavaScript developer (offline)

Responsibilities:
● 5+ years of experience building scalable Web applications
● 3+ years of experience leading Web development teams
● Absolute proficiency and expertise in Node.js and its ecosystem
● Experience in data modelling using SQL/NoSQL
● Absolute proficiency and expertise of JavaScript frameworks with practical experience in Vue.js/AngularJS/React/Redux
● A deep-rooted love for testing; experience using different testing strategies: Integration vs. Unit, mocking tools and strategies, continuous integration, etc.
● Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design, implement, build and maintain our Web applications
● Technical ownership of functions/features or services as defined by the Product team
● Strong writing and verbal skills in English.

Responsibilities:
● Lead the development of new features
● 80% hands on web application development — Node.js, React
● Coordinate between your team and the Product team to scope, estimate, test and deliver end-to-end features
● Integrate and continuously improve agile methodologies within your team
● Be a leader; provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members
● Stay abreast of emerging technologies, architecture patterns, programming languages and assume the mentorship and training of other team members
● Collect functional and non-functional client requirements while monitoring technical and business environments and business constraints
