Senior Java Developer (offline)

You will be joining an engineering group of 50+ developers building and maintaining a cutting-edge translation management application that allows our clients and professional translators to manage the localization process for their websites and documents in an agile fashion. Our rapidly growing client list includes top names from the technology and Fortune 500 worlds.

TDD - Test Driven Development with a commitment to Quality and Test Automation
Continuous Deployment - multiple times daily
SOA - Service Oriented Architecture and APIs
Full test automation - we have no QA team
DevOps is not a team, it is a culture

Tasks at hand:

Design, implement, and maintain application and infrastructure components
Perform code reviews, manage and execute PRs in a timely manner.
Design and implement unit and functional testing
Metrics Monitoring

Requirements:

Extremely developed abilities to write clean code
Expert knowledge of Java
Proficient in SQL
Strong communication skills
BS+ degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Bonus points:

Architecture experience with high traffic applications
Knowledge and experience in Javascript for backend applications
Scripting, programming knowledge and command-line usage on Linux/Unix
Amazon AWS related experience and service infrastructure management skills
