Lead Software Engineer (offline)

Your Role

● Take ownership of a modern low latency broker and trading architecture including the development of new features, maintenance and operations.
● To mentor and further grow an empowering and self-organizing team.
● Ensure software quality, thoughtful design, system robustness, operational integrity, increasing the quality across the board.
● Work closely with business stakeholders on defining requirements.

Your Profile

● You have gained already 5+ years professional experience as a Senior /Lead Software Engineer.
● You can build and debug reliable, high availability, secure and performant distributed services with Golang.
● Further experience with Go kit and gRPC, red black trees, Cassandra, Postgresql.
● Experience with trading systems or crypto trading is a strong plus.
● You have a solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
● You know how to handle masses of data streams effectively and are able to make the data available to all parties.
