Head of Sales Department (offline)

As Head of Sales, you will:
- Drive sales, expand the customer base and generate new revenue
- Develop and implement effective and scalable sales processes
- Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline
- Hire, train and lead a high-performing Sales Team as the company grows
- Deliver effective performance and KPI management
- Develop the Pricing and Discount Strategy
- Develop Channel Sales Program
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop and run regular Promotion Campaigns
- Collaborate with internal Product Teams and provide feedback from the field
- Provide input on the grows of the business
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in software sales management, preference is given to inbound SaaS or Subscription sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing Sales Team
- Ability to analyze and generalize sales data, generate ideas, provide comprehensive information for the management decision making
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Excellent in-person, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Nice to Have Skills:
- General understanding of software development
- Experience in both B2B/Enterprise and B2C Sales
- Experience in Channel Sales
