Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our Data Warehouse team as a Scala Developer (Big Data) in our Kyiv office. Our customer BICS is one of the leading telecom companies, providing its services around the world.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Scala Developer
Excellent coding skills in Scala
Experience in Spark 2.x version
Experience in real time processing (preferable Kafka)
Experience in CI tools and frameworks (Git, Jenkins, SBT)
Some skills in data transformation — SQL (basic level)
Good command of spoken and written English

Will be an advantage

Great to have some experience with Hadoop
Strong analysis skill to capture/understand the business requirements
Experience in telecom and financial sector
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
