3D Designer (offline)

We’re looking for a 3D Designer to sit onsite at Snap Ukraine! Working closely with the Designers team, you will have chance to create amazing 3D models. Working from our Odesa and Kyiv offices, you’ll collaborate with our talented designers to realize your best ideas.

What you’ll do:
• Create various objects, 3d characters, in various styles,
• Create basic rigs and simple animations of objects and characters ( characters animation not necessarily but would be great to understand how it works).
• Cooperate with the teams of the concept of artists, 3D modelers, VFX department and Studio department Compositing).

What we’re searching for:
• Strong expertise with Maya/3D Max
• Understanding of low poly and high poly modeling
• Experience in creation of different type of characters (human-like , animals, cartoons, creatures) - ZBrush.
• Experience in creation of PBR textures (Substance Painter / Mari/ Coat)
• Knowledge of 3D engines (Unreal, Unity, etc)
• Understanding of UV and typologies
• Animation, rigging and skinning skills
• Artistic taste
• A portfolio showcasing your work and strong design skills

Would be a plus:
• Experience with XGen/Ornatrix
• Experience with Arnold/Vray render (shading, lightning)
• Creative approach to the task
