Team Lead Python (offline)

About:
Our client enables insurers, brokers and agents to cyber profile and benchmark the cyber insurance risk of small-medium businesses worldwide, and to estimate the financial impact of potential cyber incidents on their business using our unique technology.

Technologies:
Python, Django, PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, MongoDB, AWS.

Responsibilities:
-Leading and mentoring other team members (3+ members);
-Ship code and plan features from start to finish with other members of the product team (product manager, developers, designers, and you) in an agile approach;
-Writing clean, well designed and scalable code;
-Maintain a growing infrastructure in AWS, help architect core solutions, and improve internal dev efficiencies with tooling and automation;
-Collaboration with cross-functional team on design and implementation of features;
-Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;
-Minimal meeting time and max development/productive work time, in a flexible environment.

Requirements:
-2+ years of successful Leading position (3+ members);
-5+ years of Python Development;
-Strong experience with Django;
-Experience with DB (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL);
-Knowledge of commonly used data structures, design patterns, and algorithms;
-English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Would be a plus:
-Experience with cloud-based development (AWS).
