Responsibilities

Developer will be responsible for React/PWA development for their M2 ecommerce shops.

The work involves M2 backend customization, API integrations (in Magento and React/PWA), and using React/PWA on the front end to deliver high performance web applications.

• Write “clean”, well-designed code
• Work on backend customization and API integrations in Magento 2 Enterprise using React/PWA on the front end.
• Produce detailed specifications
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow industry best practices with security and performance as the top priority
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary


Requirements

Must have:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Magento 2 fullstack developer.
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
• Experience integrating third-party APIs in Magento 2.
• Passion for best design and coding practices
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject (not required)
• Upper intermediate english


Good to have:
Experience with distributed systems and microservices
Experience working with remote teams
A strong grasp of computer science fundamentals
