Responsibilities:
* Cold calls, working with sleeping clients (B2B);
* Search for leads/decision makers, finding out the primary needs;
* Work with incoming requests from individuals in Ukraine (B2C).
* Document management support (electronic/paper):
* Advising customers on the product via online chat.


Mandatory Skills:
* Competent verbal and written speech;
* Communication skills, ability to convince, quick learning;
* Successful experience of active sales from 1 year;
* Document management experience;
* English is not lower than Intermediate.


Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Knowledge and/or experience in IT training
* Recommendations from previous jobs.
