Designer (offline)

Responsibilities include:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, mobile screens and widgets
Build page navigation buttons
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Conduct layout adjustments based on Project Manager feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Potential candidates should have:
Strong design portfolio
7+ years design and interactive work experience
Developed and diverse communication skills
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Good knowledge Material Design by Google and Sketch
Online portfolio that showcases strong typography skills and B2B examples
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Zeplin and InVision)
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to articulate creative ideas
Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of Photoshop, Fireworks, and Illustrator
Nice to have an experience in HTML and CSS
