Mobile Lead (offline)

The successful candidate has a passion for making great mobile applications. You must be a strategic and creative thinker, a self-starter, and a collaborator willing to learn and share ideas.

Professional skills required:
∙ At least 5+ years of experience working in outsourcing / outstaffing industry
∙ At least 3+ years of experience on Team Lead / Tech Lead roles
∙ Solid expertise in iOS or Android development
∙ Solid knowledge of software development life cycle
∙ Perfect communication and presentation skills
∙ Strong ability to learn new technologies in a short time
∙ Fluent level of English

Would be a plus:
∙ Experience in leading pre-sales activities and participating in new business development

Responsibilities:
∙ Developing technical solutions to high-level product problems as well as being able to shape your role and responsibilities.
∙ Projects technical leading (from inceptions to delivery)
∙ Participating in defining projects scope, architecture and design approaches
∙ Preparing new bids and estimates for incoming projects
∙ Growth and motivating development teams
∙ Planning and conducting of trainings / seminars for employee technical skills improvement
