Senior/Lead Fullstack Developer (offline)

Required skills
● High Node.js proficiency
● Practical familiarity with Vue.js
● Sound understanding of web servers and HTTP, web APIs
● Experience with AWS
● Competencies in non relational databases, schema design like DynamoDB
● Understanding of CI/CD environments, git proficiency

As a plus
● UI development skills
● Background in Supervised Machine Learning / Classical AI (decision trees, rule-based systems)
● Past experience with any of the following: MongoDB, CouchDB, Neo4j, Kafka, Redis. Please mention if you have experience with other data-oriented tools not on this list.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include participating in all cycles of software design and development, writing well tested code, integrating applications with third-party web services, developing new features of the system based on priorities, close interacting with clients.

Project description
Forget Me Not is a DC-based start-up. We’re working closely with to develop an intuitive and simple front-end for users to enter personal or corporate information to keep in contact with current/future customers and key contacts. This will require the features of an online shopping experience, where clients can select gifts, cards, or additional communication options. This desired solution will require a number of API integrations for social listening on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, outbound emails, card ordering services, and gift box services. Additional requirements include an inventory control module to support customers building custom gift boxes; machine learning algorithms to identify key social signals (e.g. Marriage, Birth, etc. ), calculated recommendations on send dates, pre-drafted messages and correspondence templates, and pre-selected gifts.
