.Net Developer Senior/Lead (offline)

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of software development experience;
- proficient in object-oriented design and development;
- experience developing and implementing modern web application architectures;
- good/strong skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL;
- good/strong background in building/designing API Schema’s;
- good/strong knowledge and practical use of agile software development methodologies preferably SCRUM;
- discipline and strong attention to details;
- ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others;
- intermediate + or upper-intermediate level of English (they will need to speak with client;

Responsibilities:

- design, implement, and release software that meets functional and performance requirements;
- be part of or help lead the product development team and ensure that the level of quality for the solution is as defined in the standards;
- prototype and prove the viability of solutions (where needed);
- maintain existing code through defect correction and refactoring;
- create and maintain technical documentation;
- conduct peer code reviews;
- participate in team improvement process;
- follow company policies, software development standards/processes/practices;
- sporadic afterhours support as required;
- work with the Project Manager in effort/schedule estimates;
- commitment to meet deadlines;
