Необходимые навыки:
— Knowledge of English on Intermediate/Advanced level (Reading/Writing/Speaking);
— Good communication skills;
— Real experience in sales with UpWork or similar platforms for at least 6 months;
— Understanding of web development technologies;
— Understanding of clients needs;
— Stress-resistance;
— Positive attitude.

Будет плюсом:
— Any experience in IT area;
— Experience with tender platforms;
— Copywriting or article writing experience;
— Technical education;
— Understanding of software development.

Обязанности:
— Day to day monitoring of interesting projects at UpWork.com, LinkedIn and other market places;
— Researching and analyzing upcoming leads and opportunities;
— Search for leads (potential clients) using Google, Linkedin, Upwork and others tools;
— Participation in attracting new clients and communication with them by email, by the professional networks, including video Skype calls;
— Writing proper and catchy proposals (bids);
— Gathering the initial requirements from the customers;
— Referral of information to Key account manager;
— Record keeping on communication with customers;
— Executing various sales and researching tasks;
— Conducting the research to identify potential prospects;
— Developing new business opportunities.
