Delivery Manager (offline)

Skills and abilities:
• Experience as Technical Delivery Manager from 5 years,
• Experience as Solution Architect (Java or.NET),
• Excellent Project Management skills,
• Excellent knowledge of SDLC,
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and system architecture,
• Great problem-solving skills,
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, coordinate and drive decision making process for key technology decisions
• Ensuring that standards, procedures, and methodologies in the delivery life cycle are followed
• Risk management
• Best Quality Engineering practice implementation and supervision on one or several different projects
• Budget management
• Managing the day to day decision making involved in project
• Select and describe Project Delivery Methodology and Deliverables
• Reporting, presentations, and scope negotiations
