Java Server Senior Developer (offline)

About the position
We're looking for Senior Java Developers to join a startup growing company.
We work in small, specialized teams, and are seeking people who want to enhance their expertise, look out for the big picture, and influence it.
A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, automation, organization and code quality is essential.

General Requirements
• Versatility to work on different server technologies
• Keen on writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
• Strong execution mentality, self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
• Ability to work with remotely with globally distributed team members
• BSc Degree or equivalent

Technical Experience Requirements
• Vast experience within multi-threading environment
• Java 8 Concurrency and parallel programming
• Java Streams
• Experience with SQL DBs
• Experience with Linux
• Maven + Gradle
• IntelliJ
• Concurrency and parallel programming
• Solid Computer Science skills in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis

Advantage for candidates with the following experience
• Java 10+
• Docker
• gRPC / Protobuf
• Java profilers
