Frontend developer in a growing startup (offline)

In our product we use Vue (main platform), React (business landings, api playground), Gatsby(business landings).
Hard skills:
- Clean cross-browser adaptive layout, semantic markup.
- Component-based approach (e.g. BEM model)
- ES6, TypeScript
- Intimate understanding of Flux architecture
- PWAs, server-side rendering, CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS).
- Be familiar with webpack or any other building tool.
- Understanding aspects of web page performance
Soft skills:
• Early-stage startup mentality: productive, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Product focused: You take pride in building elegant, beautiful, and user-friendly products.
• Problem solver: You excel at understanding and breaking down complex problems. You have remarkable attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Support existing platform, written in Vue.
• We are planning to gradually move the current platform to React (with good argumentation, the framework may change) with tons of features.
• From time to time, make awesome landing pages to demonstrate our new abilities in image processing.
