AI/ML Lead (offline)

Skills must have:
— Graduate degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or related technical field;
— Experience with programming language Python;
— Academic and/or industry experience with standard AI and ML/DL techniques;
— Experience in full machine-learning development cycle (data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection and evaluation, deployment);
— Experience with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras);
— Experience with OO design, common design pattern and automated code testing;
— Knowledge with data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis;
— Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility trade-offs;
— Ability and willingness to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly;
— Written and verbal technical communication skills with an ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

Will be a plus:
— Experience with big data stack (Hadoop, Spark etc.);
— Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker);
— Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability;
— Ability to produce efficient and maintainable high quality code;
— Ability to prototype and evaluate applications;
