Lead Generator (offline)

Daily regular duties:


- finding direct emails and phone numbers through a variety of search tools (Google, LinkedIn, etc.);

- new approaches, prospecting, lead generation;

- achieving daily quotas for generating new leads;

- achieving \exceeding monthly quotas for qualified sales opportunities;

- identifying new sales leads through publicly available sources (event websites, directories, marketplaces etc.);

- conducting research leads for better understanding of client needs and helping to formulate an outreach strategy;

- researching and discovering new lead channels


Requirements:

IT \ Digital marketing background of 1,5-3 years is strongly preferred

Strong B2, C1+ (is desirable) proficiency with English

Intrinsic motivation to grow and develop rapidly in specifically Hardware-(product) sphere

Be tech-savvy, follow the latest trends in sales and marketing, correspond to the principles of a life-long learning as a person

Be persistent and psychologically resilient to sometimes not-so-creative routines

Be adaptable and be able to revamp your workflow quickly if needed

Have a specific sales wit and a drive to advance as a salesman & researcher

Diploma in Business Administration or Economics, preferably

Confident use of Google office suite

Be able to visualize the results of your work in a presentation form, if needed

Sales track record demonstration & explanation would be a plus
