Frontend Team Lead (javascript / react.js) (offline)

Hello!
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to help us coordinate and manage а team of 8 developers.
Project: hybrid application that will be used by guests of multiple cruise ships.
Client: Virgin Voyages

Terms:
This position requires a full time (8 hours a day) engagement.
Should be able to work partially on our schedule (-5UTC).
We are Agile, sprint based.
Freelance contract.

Responsibilities:
- Releasing project on time
- Sync with PM on risks, solutions
- Code review on commits
- Team productivity
- Help with estimation
- Help with urgent problems
- Participating in scrum meetings.
- Meetings with clients (not often) and backend English speaking team (about twice a week).
- Coding (20-40% of the time)

Facts about you:
- you have at least a year of experience managing a team of 3 + developers,
- thrive to maintain a good code quality on projects you manage,
- good at release management (working in stressful conditions),
- you are able to focus on the right goals and prioritize tasks,
- you have a very good knowledge and wide experience with JavaScript (least 5 years) and you have actively used ES6 capabilities on your previous projects,
- you have a good experience with React or Vue. You already know when to use Redux, and when not to,
- you have decent spoken and written English,
- it will be beneficial if you have experience with React native,
- you are able to make architectural decisions independently and work without external control,
- you are sufficiently disciplined for an effective remote work,
- you are initiative and not afraid to take risks and responsibility.
