Technical Lead, Frontend Developer (offline)

Hard Skills
- 3+ years of work experience;
- Good spoken and written English;
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive markup;
- Experience working with BEM methodology;
- Experience with preprocessors (LESS, Sass);
- Experience in working with CSS frameworks Twitter Bootstrap, Foundation, others;
- Strong knowledge of GULP,GRUNT, Webpack build systems
- Knowledge of how client-server model works;
- Knowledge of JavaScript (ES5, ES6, VanilaJS, Vue.js)
- Experience in working with VPS, XAMPP, Docker;
- Strong knowledge of GIT;
- The ability to work with JIRA, or similar systems;
- Knowledge of PHP.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance for less-experienced team members;
- Review code;
- Work on WBS, task dependencies;
- Communicate risks, impact and possible mitigation strategy;
- Perform investigations and root cause analysis;
- Design, develop and modify a software system;
- Work with several stakeholders on different task;
- Plan and perform parallel development.
- Work on product, not a separate task
