SAP Functional Consultant (offline)

Knowledge of the SAP modules (Finance, Logistic, HR): GL, AP, AR, BL, FI, CO, AA, Asset Accounting; Taxes (Russia, Ukraine (UA add-on): tax invoices, registers, etc.)CO, IM, SD, MM, SAP Beverage solution (excise, returnable packaging); Solution manager, transport system. Experience of SAP users support in Ukraine and Russia. Experience in business consulting.

MUST HAVE: English level — upper intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Support SAP production system, users support;
• Provide expertise and knowledge of country specific functionality and business processes to compare to Global template;
• Manage incidents resolution, and escalate critical incidents to Global support team management;
• Communicate with Global support team to ensure efficient support and change management;
• Understand business requirements as input for change requests; create functional specifications for developments to improve system functionality and business processes;
• Monitor local Ukraine SAP add-on changes and SAP notes on to legislation changes to request implementations;
• Participation in different SAP Projects for implementation of new SAP functionalities as Project Manager and/or SAP expert.
