Java/JavaScript Developer (offline)

About:
You will participate in the development of a web-based straight-through processing platform that helps financial services firms meet compliance requirements.

Technologies:
Java 8, Scala, JavaScript, AngularJS, Spring, Oracle, REST.

Responsibilities:
Clarifying what actions the program is intended to perform;
Breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language;
Devising possible solutions to anticipated problems;
Combining all elements of the program design and testing it;
Testing sample data-sets to check that output of the program works as intended;
Responding to problems and correcting the program as necessary;
Evaluating and increasing the program's effectiveness;
Adapting the program to new requirements, as necessary;

Requirements:
At least 3 years of Java development experience;
Knowledge of Scala;
Solid knowledge of Javascript (with Angular JS or jQuery);
Experience with relational DB's;
Working experience with Spring;
Skills in building REST services;
At least an Intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:
Knowledge of Closure;
Experience with Angular JS or jQuery;
Skills in PL/SQL.
