Business Development Manager (offline)
Team:
You will be working close to the CEO what influences the speed of decisions in business.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience (2+ years) as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
- Ability to identify client's business needs and to see the client's pain points;
- Strong result orientation;
- At least some knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;
- At least some understanding of SDLC approach;
- English level – Upper Intermediate or higher;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build rapport;
- Time management and planning skills.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the presale process and proposal preparation based on client needs/company capabilities;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
- Managing both our existing sales methods and developing new business opportunities;
- Presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships;
- Developing negotiating strategies;
- Examining risks.
