Product Designer

Everstake is the largest blockchain network validator and a significant player in the global blockchain ecosystem. We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to take full ownership of the design for one of our flagship products—Spell Wallet, a gamified cryptocurrency wallet.

This role encompasses both product design and marketing design responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in defining the product’s design language, creating marketing materials, and ensuring a consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design:

Take full ownership of the product’s design, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Collaborate closely with the development team to brainstorm ideas and develop flows, wireframes, and designs.
Design mobile product interfaces, create UI kits, and prepare designs for development.
Marketing Design:

Design marketing materials that reflect the brand identity and engage users effectively.
Create 3D elements for banners and promotional content.
Develop reusable templates for banners to allow for easy editing by the SMM team.

Brand and Style:

Establish and maintain a cohesive brand and style guide for both the product and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement designs that improve user engagement and call-to-action effectiveness.
Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical teams, to align on product vision and promotional strategies.

Requirements

Experience:

At least 4 years of experience in product design.
Proven track record of designing mobile applications, ideally with a subscription-based model.
Experience working on crypto-related products, such as wallets, staking platforms, or decentralized exchanges (DEX).

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Familiarity with 3D design tools to create elements for banners and marketing materials.

Marketing Design Expertise:

Ability to design engaging promotional materials and optimize user engagement through effective design patterns.

Soft Skills:

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-centered design mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience designing gamified applications.
Knowledge of blockchain and web3 technologies.
