Middle Front-End Developer (offline)

About company:
We are a young IT company, founded in 2015 with a head office in Poland. Our main specialization is the optimization of business processes with the new or existing software solutions starting from mobile apps to complicate financial systems.


Who we are looking for:
Backed by a proven set of skills and solid educational background, the candidate shall become an essential part of software development team. The candidate to bring a highly professional attitude solving complex technical and architectural tasks. In the mid-term, we anticipate that the candidate will contribute to the design of individual functional components, in close contact to product management and sales.


Requirements:
- Be passionate about developing complex, high-quality software;
- Wants to work on new interesting projects, and is ready for challenges and responsibilities;
- Adhere to systematic approaches to software development;
- Studied Informatics, or one of the related engineering disciplines;
- Be an expert with JS and its frameworks like Angular, React, Node;
- Have hands-on experience with many of the following - Technologies/Tools/Models:
- General: React or Angular, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap
- DBs: Oracle (PL/SQL), MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB
- Tracking: Jira, Git
- Processes: Agile, Scrum


Soft Skills:
- Desire to assume responsibility, to work proactively
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Problem-solving approach, ability to define clear goals, to decompose problems 
- English skills will be the plus.
