Sales Manager (IT Staffing) to $3000

Core Responsibilities:
As the Sales Manager at DOIT Software, you will oversee our entire staff augmentation business process. You will manage the full sales cycle, covering lead generation, outreach, sales development, closing sales, and account management. Your ultimate goal is to build long-term relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will report directly to the CEO.
To be successful in this role, you must have expertise in IT sales, a proactive mindset, and be able to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders.
Serving as the primary point of contact and escalation point, you will:
- Run outbound and inbound lead generation.
- Research the market, identify leads, and find relevant points of contact.
- Creatively approach each lead with personalized messages. Use best practices.
- Process and respond to incoming requests from potential clients in a timely manner.
- Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit for our services (establish the scope, needs, pains, budget, deadline, decision-maker & process, key terms & expectations).
- Schedule introduction calls with prospects.
- Conduct calls with prospects and convert new opportunities into clients.
- Supervise the candidate presentation and employment process performed by the recruitment team (send CVs, facilitate interviewing process with the client).
- Close deals and coordinate contract signing with new clients.
- Maintain high client satisfaction, success, retention, and renewal.
- Upsell the existing projects by establishing clear, transparent, and effective communication with clients.
- Cooperate with existing clients on potential opportunities.
- Analyze sales and performance metrics.
- Help to improve inbound and outbound lead generation and account management processes.
Qualifications:
- Advanced English (C1 level).
- Flexibility to answer urgent emails or conduct calls with clients after 21:00 Kyiv time (when needed).
- 3+ years of experience in the IT Outsourcing/Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including main clients’ pains and needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills and business writing skills.
- Customer service and client success-oriented.
- Focused on exceeding expectations by providing value at every stage of communication, either with clients or with the team.
- Excellent prioritization and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
