Full Stack Developer (Golang/Kotlin)

QIT Software is looking for a Full Stack developer to design and develop a scalable Workforce Management System. - At least 5+ years of experience in software development, including leading teams or projects.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex systems from concept to deployment.
- Proven experience in software architecture and scalable system design.
- Strong expertise in Golang and Kotlin.
- Proficient in working with Docker and other containerization tools.
- Solid understanding of databases, particularly MongoDB and SQL.

- Analyze and understand the existing Workforce Management System (v1.0).
- Identify areas for improvement and define the architecture for the next version (v2.0).
- Design and implement a scalable and efficient system architecture.
- Develop core backend functionality using Golang.
- Lead the development of frontend components using Kotlin.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, designers, and Android developers to ensure seamless integration of system components.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, especially during the Android development process.
- Start with smaller tasks to gain a deeper understanding of the system before assuming the full responsibilities.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
- Address bugs and performance issues efficiently.
- Document the system architecture, design choices, and key processes.
- Report progress to stakeholders and provide technical insights when needed.
