Product Designer

We are looking for a talented product designer to join our in-house design team. You will be taking the core part in projects along with the Creative Project Manager, which includes information architecture analysis, prototyping, creation of visual solutions, and overseeing the implementation of the projects. 
Our team is pursuing the following industries (but not limited to): Professional Services, including Financial and Accounting web-only applications; Digital Services: Human Resources, Remote & Hybrid work, Logistics and Transportation, and more. 

Requirements:

Hard skills: 

• Figma knowledge, including experience in components, features (autolayouts, constraints etc.), libraries, and design systems on an advanced level 
• Board collaboration/mind mapping tools experience (we use mostly FigJam) 
• Deep knowledge of HCD, UCD, and other methodologies 
• Experience in usability testing and analytics tools 
• Knowledge of WCAG 
• Can perform discovery and research to define the project concept and its UX architecture 
• Optional: UI animation experience 
• Optional: code-based prototype tools experience will be a plus (e.g., Framer, Webflow) 
   

Soft skills:

• Ability to independently fulfill tasks, make informed decisions and take responsibility for them 
• Provide meaningful reasoning for the design solutions

Portfolio with strong visual cases is compulsory (we need it beforehand, but in case of NDA, you may show it on the call). 

Languages:  

• English: at least Upper-Intermediate (B2, all our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations) 

Responsibilities:

Design Implementation & Facilitation: 

• Implementation and facilitation of all design phases, including discovery, research, conceptualization, testing and visual design, ensuring a comprehensive and iterative design process in accordance with the team’s design process and standards 
• Responsible for project design delivery 
• Commit to deadlines for design tasks on projects 
• Collaborates with project managers, designers and clients to ensure designs align with project objectives 
• Facilitates user testing, interviews and other verbal activities with the users, optionally with Creative Project Manager’s assistance and support 
• Implements design best practices, accessibility and stays current on industry trends 
• Supports project documentation 
   

Client Communication & Presentation: 

• Participating in client calls with strong English communication skills, presenting created solutions and effectively discussing design decisions to ensure clear understanding and alignment with client expectations 
   

Feedback & Improvement: 

• Participates in feedback, review sessions and design critiques and incorporates feedback to improve designs 
• Executes the creation of design assets, style guides, specifications and other project materials 
• Suggests further proposals for the projects
