Middle React Native developer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the existing codebase by fixing known bugs and improving performance, such as startup time.
• Drastically improve the current app’s performance in the initial stages.
• Develop new features as specified by the team with the ability to plan and architect features.
• Propose an improved design for various early architecture decisions that may cause issues with scaling.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in React Native.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript
• Strong experience with React Native cross-platform development
• Understanding of basic UI/UX best practices
• Development Life Cycle understanding (SDLC)
• Experience with react-native-reanimated v3 and react-native-skia
• Hands-on experience with deployment to Play Store and App Store
• Proficiency with Git version control
• Active participation in the code review process
• Experience with app performance optimization and profiling tools (e.g., Flipper, Hermes)
• Upper intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools such as Fastlane
• Experience with localization management services (e.g., Locize)
• Expertise in upgrading React Native versions and resolving related dependencies
• Understanding of the White Label approach
