Account Manager
GrainTrack is a modern CTRM system that optimizes the business processes of grain traders: managing counterparties, supply chains, logistics, payments, and documentation.
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Account Manager who is passionate about improving our product and making our clients' lives easier and more convenient.
You are a perfect fit if you:
- Have at least 2 year of experience as an Account/Support Manager;
- Have an English proficiency level of B2 or higher;
- Have experience supporting ERP/CRM systems;
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
It will be a plus if you:
- Have an economic education or experience in the agricultural sector;
- Possess skills in risk and communication management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and building relationships with clients;
- Managing client subscriptions;
- Increasing client satisfaction levels;
- Collaborating with the internal team;
- Testing new features developed upon client requests;
- Providing monthly reports to clients via email;
- Working with Notion (updating tasks, client cards, etc.).
