Account Manager

GrainTrack is a modern CTRM system that optimizes the business processes of grain traders: managing counterparties, supply chains, logistics, payments, and documentation.

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Account Manager who is passionate about improving our product and making our clients' lives easier and more convenient.

You are a perfect fit if you:

  • Have at least 2 year of experience as an Account/Support Manager;
  • Have an English proficiency level of B2 or higher;
  • Have experience supporting ERP/CRM systems;
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

It will be a plus if you:

  • Have an economic education or experience in the agricultural sector;
  • Possess skills in risk and communication management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and building relationships with clients;
  • Managing client subscriptions;
  • Increasing client satisfaction levels;
  • Collaborating with the internal team;
  • Testing new features developed upon client requests;
  • Providing monthly reports to clients via email;
  • Working with Notion (updating tasks, client cards, etc.).
