Marketing Designer

Everstake is a blockchain company with Ukrainian roots, ranked among the top 10 validators globally. We collaborate with over 80 Proof-of-Stake (PoS) blockchain networks. As we grow and continuously improve, we are seeking an experienced Designer to join our team. 
The ideal candidate should be ready to take full responsibility for the company’s visual output. This includes creating and maintaining the company’s style, supporting brand identity, and closely collaborating with the marketing team and developers.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials using Figma (e.g., banners for social media posts, and advertising banners).
• Work with motion design (experience with Canva is a big plus).
• Use AI tools for generating illustrations and videos (a strong advantage).
• Experiment with multiple variations of banners and deliver them quickly when needed.
• Focus on enhancing call-to-action elements and drawing attention through strategic design patterns.
   

Requirements:

• Proficiency in motion design and Figma.
• Experience working in the crypto industry.
• Familiarity with marketing products and strategies to improve user engagement.
• Openness to fast-paced work and creating multiple design iterations.
