In this role, you will

  • Manage 20 Latam-based partners, focusing on building long-term relationships and growing their success
  • Onboard new partners to ensure a smooth start and align them with our goals
  • Conduct regular analytics, providing timely insights and recommendations to partners
  • Gather, analyze, prioritize, and communicate partner feedback to inform product and support teams
  • Resolve partner issues in collaboration with support and product teams, ensuring efficient and satisfactory outcomes
  • Keep partners updated on company developments and relevant changes
  • Gather insights from partners about industry trends and implement market-informed strategies

     

It’s all about you

  • Proficient in Spanish (B2+)
  • Proficient in English (B2+)
  • 1+ years of client-facing experience
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Results-driven and client-focused
  • Excellent prioritization and deadline management
  • Independent worker with solid information structuring and communication skills

     

Would be a plus:

  • 1+ years of experience in account management or customer success
  • Familiarity with the Latam market
  • Experience with various CRM tools
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Tableau or Amplitude
