Your Role:

As the E-Commerce Store Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of online store’s operations—from product launches to ensuring an amazing customer experience. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to ensure that product information is accurate, visually appealing, and ready for international markets. You’ll also play a key role in improving our processes, making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Build and maintain high-converting product pages that create a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Use AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Ensure that our Shopify store is always up-to-date with accurate and consistent product information.
  • Coordinate with designers, translators, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth product launches across different markets.
  • Proactively troubleshoot product-related issues with the customer support team.
  • Drive continuous improvements across the store to boost performance and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Skilled in using Photoshop and other design tools to create visually appealing product pages.
  • Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work independently without constant supervision.
