Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with great experience in billing systems for an outstaff project.

About the project:

It’s an all-in-one delivery operating system designed to enhance delivery services for restaurants, pizza shops, and ordering platforms.

They require a skilled developer to help automate a billing system tailored to their business.
The current billing process involves using Google Sheets + Quickbooks. The goal is to transition their current billing operations from a manual Google Sheets and Quickbooks setup to a more sophisticated, automated system integrated with their platform.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building or working with multi-faced billing systems (event-driven, metered, etc), ideally processing significant volumes of transactions and metrics
• 4+ years of commercial experience with:
  • Node.js
  • TypeScript
  • PostgreSQL (ability to manage bulk data exports and perform efficient queries)
• 2+ years of commercial experience with AWS
• Strong background in Redis
• Familiarity with Lago, Stripe, or similar enterprise billing systems
• Experience with ETL processes and tools
• English level: Advanced, there will be close communication with stakeholders
  
  The ideal candidate should have:
