Requirements

Looking for a Senior Engineer to help automate a billing system tailored to their business.

Current billing process involves using Google Sheets + Quickbooks. The goal is to transition their current billing operations from a manual Google Sheets and Quickbooks setup to a more sophisticated, automated system integrated with their platform.

Current platform Tech stack:

• Node.js
• Typescript
• AWS
• PostgreSQL

• Redis

   

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in building or working with multi-faced billing systems (event-driven, metered, etc), ideally processing significant volumes of transactions and metrics;
• Familiarity with Lago, Stripe, or similar enterprise billing systems;
• Strong background in PostgreSQL, with the ability to manage bulk data exports and perform efficient queries;
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
